Congratulations on making the decision to take ACTION against slavery! We know that together we can make a difference. Here is a list of steps to make your hosting experience as simple as possible.
Pick a date and party theme: You can view some WRATH party ideas here.
Make a guest list: The number is up to you. Remember we want this to be as easy as possible, not just for your sake, but so that others feel that this is something they can do even in their busy schedules or on a fixed income. Ten to twenty invites is a nice average. If you can only host 5 guests, great!
Send out invitations: There are several free email invitation sites. This is a quick and easy way to send out invitations. Include a link to our website to give guests an understanding of your purpose.
Get party material: Remember, one of the purposes is to educate your guests on the crisis. This is a vital part of every WRATH party. You can print out fliers to give to your guests at the party here. You can have your guests watch our video here.
Educate: Have your party. At the party, simply have information available, watch the video together, and tell them what this party is helping to accomplish. This page will explain a bit more about where their financial donations are going.
Empower: Explain to your guests that WRATH is designed to be a network. Without networking where would Arbon Industries be? Mary Kay? Avon? There is power in numbers! Together we can get this ball rolling and become an industry of everyday people around the world who just want to do a little something to help. Imagine if one woman per community in the US were to throw a WRATH party. Just think of the impact it would have not only on victims but on the system as well. Things just need to start moving and shaking. Waves need to be made. There is power in numbers. Let’s cry out together for those who have no voice. Tell your guests you’ve set a goal to have at least 1 person (or more) commit to hosting their own WRATH party. Anyone can join in the fight and throw one party a year or even one in a lifetime, whatever they feel they can do. Have a sign up sheet available in order to get commitments right then! Make sure you have all their information to follow-up with them.

Soon Afterwards: Email your future hostess(es) the WRATH website to get them started. Please cc WRATH at wrathcampaign@gmail.com so we can offer them our support as well. If you did not get the commitments you were hoping for, then email your friends individually asking them if they would commit to hosting their own event. Now you can testify to how truly easy it is! And if you feel up to it, you can do this again and again and again.
