Frequently Asked Questions

What is WRATH? Women Rallying Against Trafficking Humans. WRATH is a network of women (some men too-we love you guys)  who have choosen to join together to make big changes against human trafficking.

How do I participate? All you have to do is throw a party. A WRATH party. Invite your friends over to your house or invite everyone at the office to gather for lunch in the break room or do a girls night out! For your birthday, shower, or house-warming have everyone just bring some cash to donate in place of gifts! What a self-less act! Ask all of them to bring what they can afford to give. It can be 3 people or 30. It’s up to you!  Print out some information from our website to educate them or you can even show our stats video. Just make sure they leave educated and stirred up to fight along with you.

You can also subscribe to our blog, and join us on facebook to help educate yourself.

Who do I make the check out to? If you’d like your donations to go to the safe house in Oklahoma then please do the following:

Make your checks out to All Things New WITH “WRATH” ON A POST IT NOTE, NOT WRITTEN IN THE MEMO LINE. THIS IS VERY IMPORTANT.

What about tax deduction receipts? If you’d like a receipt for tax purposes then you’ll need to let us know. Please see below.

If you collect cash then just write one check to send in you’ll need to do the following:

Include an itemized list of all donator’s names, addresses, and the designated amount of donation each individual made alongside their name. Simply send it in with the check.

If you collect checks then just send all of them in, you will NOT need an itemized list since the checks will have all donator’s information on them. PLEASE INCLUDE A NOTE STATING THAT ALL DONATORS ARE REQUESTING A RECEIPT.

Where do I send the money? Donations can be mailed to All Things New c/o Linda Caswell P.O. Box 2297 OKC, OK 73102

Can I donate a gift card? No, not at this time. We’re working on it.

Can I send cash? We highly recommend that you don’t. It’s just not safe in transit through mail.

Isn’t having a ‘party’  a bit inappropriate? This has proven to be the most effective outreach tool for many organizations. WRATH parties are a smaller version of fundraising banquets, which are geared towards having fun and raising money.  WRATH’s women have found that more people are willing to do this than any other type of fundraiser, and that friends asked are more than happy to attend.  People are relieved to have something, however small, to do to combat this overwhelming problem.

How did WRATH start? WRATH started with a few girls willing to give up their monthly girls night out fund in order to save the life of a sex slave.  What they found was most women that knew of human trafficking were anxious to do the same, but that 7 out of 10 people had no idea this is happening in America.  Out of this experience, the mission to educate, empower, and equip began.

I have an idea for a party/fundraiser can I…..? YES!  WRATH is a spring board for YOU to take action against slavery.

I don’t live in the midwest, can I donate my stuff from a WRATH party to another organization? WRATH is dedicated to finding the most effective rehabilitation homes around.  The level of trauma these girls have faced is beyond what many facilities are equipped to handle.  Feel free to email (wrathcampaign@gmail.com) us the information on the safe house in your area, we will be happy to research them and get back with you. Or you can choose from another list of safe houses here.

Who pays for/runs WRATH? WRATH is simply a network of people.  WRATH is volunteer run, and does not have a staff or working budget.  We do not accept financial donations, you may make those directly to the safe houses.

If your questions is not answered here please email WRATH at wrathcampaign@gmail.com and one of our volunteers will get back with you as soon as possible.

WRATH is not liable for any damages occured while using our name.  WRATH is freely giving their resources and ideas to others and will assume no responsiblity for any harm done to or by those using them.
